Canadian National Park Tours

This exciting 7-day journey is packed with to experience the incredible beauty of Emerald Lake, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake and more, all within a laid-back itinerary designed for your enjoyment. The best time to soak in the breathtaking scenery while avoiding the crowds during June or September. Take your time to fully embrace nature's wonders, and why not stay in charming cabins to enhance your experience?

 

Just a couple of important notes:

1. Be sure to secure your reservation for the Emerald Lake Cabin at least six months in advance!

2. Keep in mind that access to Moraine Lake is now by shuttle only unless you're staying at the Moraine Lake cabin. Plus, it's open only from June to September!

Last but not least, drive slowly and enjoy the wildlife you will encounter in Banff!!

A Seven-day Itinerary 

Day One

After landing at Calgary Airport, why not kick off your adventure by staying in the vibrant cities of Calgary or Canmore? Get some groceries shopping, and get ready for an exhilarating scenic drive to the breathtaking Banff National Park starting the next day!

 

Hightlights for today:

- Relax after a long flight

- Visit Chinatown and other attractions in Calgary

- Grocery shopping for snacks while touring in the National Park

Day Two

We will be heading Banff National Park starting with visiting beautiful lakes and downtown Banff, and we will be head over to the hotel and visit the village nearby Lake Louise.

Highlights for today:

- Two Jack Lake

- Lake Minnewanka

- Surprise Corner Viewpoint

​- Bow Falls Viewpoint

Day Three

Catch Moraine Lake Shuttle for sunrise or sunset.  Tour in Lake Louise during the day.  Enjoy the entire day in these two most beautiful lakes in Banff National Park.  You may also enjoy dining in Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise if we travel in low season.

Highlights for today:

- Moraine Lake visit

- Lake Louise - tail light hiking or boating 

Day Four

We will drive along the scenic highway to Yoho National Park and visit its most stunning Emerald Lake for a hiking around the lake and cabins.  Staying in Emerald Lake Cabin is possible if we book early.  We will also stop by Natural Bridge Lower Falls before we head back.

- Natural Bridge Lower Falls

- Morant's Curve

Banff Gondola (optional)

Day Five

Today's journey takes you along the breathtaking Icefields Parkway, one of the most scenic highways in the world. Highlights include visits to the stunning Peyto Lake and Bow Lake, where you can take in the striking turquoise waters and majestic mountain backdrops. This will be the longest driving day of the trip, but with countless scenic stops, you’ll want to take your time to fully appreciate the natural beauty. For an added adventure, consider the optional Columbia Icefield Skywalk, offering a thrilling glass-floor experience high above the Sunwapta Valley. If you're traveling by RV, you'll have the flexibility to pause and soak in the scenery at your own pace.

Day Six

Enjoy a day of relaxing down Banff visit.   You can also enjoy a nice meal and street shopping along in the pedestrian zone at the heart of downtown Banff.

- Cascade of Time Garden

- Downtown walk

Day Seven

Last visit of Banff in the morning and then head over to Calgary airport to end this unforgettable trip.
